Do not consume food or beverages, except water, in the studio.

No smoking or vaping in studio or patio area.

Do not place anything on the piano (except for music on the music stand!).

Payment is required at time of booking. Payment methods available include major credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.

Both local and visiting musicians are welcome to use the studio. Local musicians who plan to use the studio regularly are expected to become a studio 'member' and use an app provided by the studio to schedule their sessions. We are happy to schedule sessions for visiting and infrequent musicians. Visiting musicians may also become a studio member to schedule their own sessions.

There is no buffer time between studio reservations, so please leave time to pack and depart before the end of your session.

Sessions can re-scheduled or canceled at any time prior to the start time of the session, but please be considerate of other musicians and make updates as early as possible. If a session is missed entirely, a reschedule is at the discretion of studio owner.

Musicians who plan to use the studio regularly or book multiple sessions will be provided a unique 5-digit access code to the door lock.

• Do not share your lock access code with others. Please be present when the studio is in use using your access code (i.e. do not open the studio for others and leave). Musician is responsible for their access code and will be billed appropriately for its use.

Please leave the studio premises as you found them. Musicians are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Sara's Place reserves the right to add an additional surcharge or require a minimum session length for groups of greater than 2 musicians using the studio.

Do not use the studio for purposes other than music education or rehearsal unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

If you notice anything that needs attention (i.e. unclean bathroom, items needing repair), please let us know (mark@saraspiano.studio / 602-512-5986). Please text if urgent.

Music and books are not currently available for loan.

If Sara's Place becomes unavailable for your scheduled session, your studio reservation fees will be fully refunded. However, the studio is not responsible for any lost revenue for the musician (i.e. music lesson fees).
