STUDIO POLICIES (last updated 1/6/2026)
-
General Conduct: All studio users must maintain a respectful and professional environment. No disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
-
Equipment Care: Handle the piano and other equipment with care. Do not place anything on the piano (except for music on the music stand!) Report any damage immediately to studio management (Mark |mark@saraspiano.studio |602-512-5986).
-
Cleanliness: Please leave the studio premises as you found them. Do not consume food or beverages, except water, in the studio. No smoking or vaping in studio or patio area. Musicians are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
-
Scheduling: Arrive on time for scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time. There is no buffer time between studio reservations, so please leave time to pack and depart before the end of your session. Local musicians who plan to use the studio regularly are expected to become studio members and use an app provided by the studio to schedule their sessions.
-
Payment: Payment is required prior to use of the studio. Payment methods available include major credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, cash, and personal check. Sara's Place reserves the right to add an additional surcharge or require a minimum session length for groups of greater than 2 musicians using the studio.
-
Visiting Musicians Welcome: We are happy to schedule sessions for visiting and infrequent musicians. Visiting musicians may also become studio members to schedule their own sessions.
-
Studio Access: Musicians who plan to use the studio regularly or book multiple sessions will be provided with a unique 5-digit access code to the door lock.
